Circuit

For whatever reason, I decided when I started Circuit that I wanted to do three panels at a time to tell a story.  I consider it a challenge to work within the form and do as much as I can with the limited space that I have.  As far as the wordplay goes, I think this might be my favorite strip so far.  A new exploding ninja, escalating tension between Jill and Harry, and a potential wedge driven between pals.  It’s so satisfying when Harry’s dumb joke gets thrown back in his face.  And I abso-freakin’-lutely love the phrase “ninja petard.”  You’re welcome, lexicon.  You’re welcome.

And I was a bit unsure about the double-point when I did it, but I think I made the right decision.
